First off walking in the building was super clean inside and friendly staff , room was absolutely gorgeous nice lighting, clean comfortable beds , breakfast was good lots different things to choose from . The pool was nice and warm and clean . Definitely will be our go to hotel when we are in the area again . Very impressive thara for sure.
First and foremost - the two ladies at the front desk are super sweet! Makes you feel at home! Secondly, these rooms are the cleanest my gf and I have ever seen - that is why we come here over anywhere else. Last but not least the price is exceptional considering the quality of the rooms!
Let me first start by saying this is BEST hotel stays I have ever had. From the front desk Lisette is the kindest, professional, compassionate, transparent and overall the whole staff is superior. I live in South Carolina and look no where else to stay when I visit Illinois. From entering their doors, staff experience, rooms, to their breakfast which i also look forward too.
Great hotel but the staff are the real shining stars here. Very helpful and super friendly and genuinely want you to have a great experience while staying with them. My car broke down about 20 minutes away, I was stranded and needed to find a place nearby. The temps were dropping to single digits and it was still snowing pretty heavy with 30 mph wind gusts. I call Comfort Inn and spoke with Alex. I told her I was going to be checking in but I would be there soon because I had to walk. She was actively watching out for me and concerned because of the weather. When I arrived she seemed relieved that I made it ok. That is next level care and compassion for another person. It made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel. Clean, comfortable and great people!
Clean comfortable and good service. The pool was clean and the staff really nice. The location is amazing with so much access to food and other options within walking distance. Can just walk over to a good Sports Bar ( Rookie's) right behind it. Perfect!!
While touring with my band Christopher Shayne I had left a jacket behind in the room. I didn't notice it until I returned home 3 days later and immediately contacted the hotel. I spoke with Lisette who informed me they had the jacket and she promptly sent it out. It didn't cost me that much for the shipping (definitely worth shipping than having to purchase a new jacket) and I received it in a timely manner. The rooms and location was clean, comfortable and top notch. I would definitely recommend Comfort Suites Elgin Northwest. Thanks again Lisette and company!
Omgoodness! I really enjoy my stays at this Comfort Suites in Elgin, IL on Bushwood Dr. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, AND the COFFEE keeps me as a regular customer. I'm certain others will be satisfied. I am. See you soon!
Had a great experience, very friendly service, easy check in and out. The hotel smells amazing, very clean, the room was VERY nice. My only issue was the shower head kept falling off the holder. But other than that, loved everything. Would come back.
